• Go to the Healthy Return to Service page and check the FAQs for Healthy Return to Service and a ste-by-step guide for your required documents for your next assignment.
You can also contact the Crew Readiness team by:
• Go to the Contact Us Tool (right side of your screen).
• Click the EMAIL (envelope) icon.
• In the Concern drop-down menu, select Crew Documentation
• Indicate the purpose of your email on the Subject field, compose your message, and click Send.
• The Crew Readiness team will review your message and respond to you request via email once they have the information on your query.
