To check on your current assignment, please login to your RCL CrewTravel account to view your assignment details. For questions regarding assignment, you can contact your Scheduler by following the instruction below and exit the chat.

• Log into MyRCL Home > RCLCrewTravel.
• Go to the Contact Us Tool (right side of your screen).
• Click the EMAIL (envelope) icon.
• In the Concern drop-down menu, select Scheduling.
• Indicate the purpose of your email on the Subject field, compose your message, and click Send.
• Your Scheduler will review your message and respond to you via call or email once they have an update.

Please be patient with their response as they are also processing other requests.
